The Organizing Committee cordially invites you to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations.
All abstracts must be submitted online through the submission system. Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting.

Acceptance Notification
You will receive an acceptance notification via email.
General Guidelines
- Language : English only
- Presentation Type : Oral presentation / Poster presentation The Scientific Committee may change the presentation type after review.
- Title : Do not use capital letters except for the first letter.
- Example : This is a properly formatted abstract title.
- Structure : Objective / Methods / Results / Conclusion
- Length : No longer than 300 words A confirmation email will be sent upon submission. Abstracts can be reviewed or edited until the submission deadline.
Originality & Eligibility
- Abstracts that have been previously presented, published, or distributed before the submission deadline are not eligible.

Notification of Acceptance
- All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
- Acceptance notifications will be sent via email before [Month YYYY].
- Any updates will be posted on the conference website.
If you wish to withdraw an abstract, please contact the secretariat by email as soon as possible.
